The Ngara Mosque "the National Mosque"

The Malaysian National Mosque, the Ngara Mosque, is a general symbol of Islam in Malaysia. Built in 1965 on an area of ​​13 acres, it features the main prayer hall with 48 dome.
The mosque is located northwest of the old railway station. The minaret, which is 73 meters high, is one of the most important landmarks known to the mosque.

The walls of his room adorn verses from the Holy Quran, while the main dome is an 18-point star. 13 of which represent the 13 states in Malaysia and the remaining five are the five pillars of Islam.

The 32-acre dome features a space theater featuring documentary films and a main hall featuring exhibits on space science, such as the engines used to launch the first Malaysian satellite, a telescope, a 14-inch observatory for star reading, and Indian and Chinese observatories.

Royal Museum


It is the former official residence of the ruler of Malaysia Yang Di Pertuan Agong Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Built in 1928, the Royal Museum, which local residents call the Old Istana Negara, was built as a castle. The castle was replaced by a new 800 million Malaysian ringgit palace near Jalan Dutta in June 2011.

The museum is open to the public as a place similar to the British Buckingham Palace, where there are two guard posts on each side of the main entrance arch of the place, with full uniformed knights.
The complex stretches over 28 acres and embraces a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a six-hole golf course, a charming lake, and a tennis court.

Kuala Lumpur Railway Station


The Kuala Lumpur railway station, built in the Moroccan style and located to the southeast of the National Mosque along Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin (formerly known as the Victory Avenue), was used as a major railway center until 2001 when Kuala Lumpur Central Station took over.
Depending on the unique combination of Eastern and Western styles, the station was designed by A.B. Hubbock in 1910.

Dataran Merdeka


Dataran Mardika (Istiklal Square) is situated in a privileged position in front of Sultan Abdul Samad Building (former State Secretariat) and opposite the Royal Selangor Club and north of St. Mary's Church. Mary's Church, one of the oldest Anglican churches in Malaysia.
The center of this giant field, with its tall green lawns, is the tallest flagpole in the world and holds a Malaysian flag at a height of 95 meters.
